Hair Style: Retsu wears her slightly wavy hair down, it goes to her shoulders. Her bangs are mostly brushed to the side of her face, with the exception of two strands that hang down on either side of her nose.

Skin: Retsu's skin is a paler shade of peach, seeing that she spends more time inside.

Extras: Retsu is nearsighted and so she is never found without a pair of cerulean-rimmed glasses.

Personality:
Retsu comes off as a snob and this impression of her is fairly accurate. She feels that her intelligence puts her on a higher level than the people around her and has little to no respect for those she feels are beneath her. She is cold and unforgiving and tends to stick with the opinions she forms until something big shocks her out of them. She will never admit that she makes mistakes and always blames any of them on other people. She has little to no tolerance for noisy people and makes sure to let people know when she doesn't like them or doesn't approve of them. She's a hypocrite, never practicing what she tells other people to do- to be considerate of others.
Academics:
Retsu's intelligence has let her skip most of high school, putting her right into 11th grade at the age of 15. She also takes some college courses and does not struggle with passing any of her more academic classes. She, however, has little to no creativity and therefore her grades in literature classes are generally lower than those of her math, science, and history courses.
Phobia:
Retsu has a fear of being touched and of dirt and dust. While not so severe that she won't leave the house, she makes sure never to go anywhere without putting on gloves first and wears clothing that covers most of her body.

History:
The only daughter of Ryo and Ami Mizuno, Retsu was expected from the start to be a very intelligent child. Indeed, she was, already ahead of her classmates in school when entered kindergarten. She caught on to her lessons quickly and was always praised by her teachers, parents, and other adults close to her. Her classmates, for the most part, didn't care about her one way or the other- at least in elementary school. All of this attention, however, began to give the young girl something of an ego.
Upon graduating from elementary school, she and her parents moved back to Tokyo, where all the Sol Senshi had started to gather knowing that the time was coming when it would be time to pass on their legacy to their daughters. Retsu had grown up knowing that one day, she would inherit the Mercury Sailor Crystal. Always being first at everything, she also expected to be the first to get her Sailor Crystal, despite being one of the youngest Fushi Senshi.
Upon arrival, she was stunned and offended to learn that this was not the case. The Mars Crystal had already been handed down, to Rei's youngest daughter, Itoshii. Her ego wounded by this, she shut herself off in her books, going into a period of doing nothing but studying. Her social skills, not that great to begin with, suffered greatly from this period of isolation. Instead of learning some humility, her ego only grew larger because of this and she developed quite the superiority complex.
Eventually, she did receive her Sailor Crystal in the 7th grade. Even still, she isolated herself from the rest of her teammates, especially developing an intense hatred towards Fushi Mars. Upon entering high school, she was skipped ahead several grades, placing her in the 11th grade.

Bodice: Fushi Mercury's bodice is a long-sleeved baggy shirt. It is white and it's sleeves and bottom are trimmed thickly with cerulean. Underneath the shirt, she wears a second one- a sleeveless, cerulean turtleneck which one can see stick out from underneath her collar.
Collar: Cerulean, no stripes.
Front Bow: Light Blue, it hangs down rather limply.
Back Bow: Light Blue, it also hangs down limply like her front one.
Gloves: Light Blue, fingerless, wrist-length gloves
Skirt: Fushi Mercury's skirt is a long, knee-length, pleated cerulean skirt.
Footwear: She wears a pair of light blue ankle boots.
Extras: As in civilian form, Fushi Mercury wears her glasses. Underneath her skirt, she wears a pair of cerulean tights.
Henshin:
Mercury Power, Make Up: Using her mother's original henshin wand, Retsu says this in a rather bland tone compared to the normal shouting of the other senshi. She raises the wand, watery bands of energy flow from it and then freeze into ice around her in a cocoon. It cracks and she emerges transformed.
Attacks:
Ice Lance: Mercury says this, raising both of her hands in the air. She spreads them apart a bit as ice energy gathers in them, forming a large chunk of sharpened ice which she then hurls at her target.
Ice Crystal Burst: Raising her arms in the air and closing her eyes, Mercury says this. A ball of ice energy forms in her cupped hands, then shoots up into the air, causing a shower of ice crystals to rain down.
Catacomb: Mercury kneels down, placing one hand on the ground and pointing one hand out towards her targets and says this. Ice energy forms in her outstretched hand, which then travels down the length of her body and to the ground, engulfing her and her enemy in a freezing ice trap. The temperature in this trap drops rapidly, quickly causing all those inside to freeze to death.
